• I know that the menu 3.0 implementation in Lightword is still beta, but maybe someone can take a look at this issue…

    I’m using the menu 3.0 feature of WP and quite happy with it, only problem is when I want to use some pages on my site with the “no sidebar” template (which you can change under “edit page” and change the “page attributes”) it uses the ‘old’ menu for that page with “no-sidebar”.

    Is there a fix on the horizon or can somebody help me out with this?

    Would greatly appreciate it…

    any feedback?

    Sorry I can’t help with your question – but perhaps you can help with mine

    — I can’t seem to find the “Edit Page” and then “Page Attributes” section in order to change over to the no sidebar template. Where is it?
    My interface looks like this: https://www.emasuvajac.com/wpscreenshot.png

    Where do I go??

    Thanks!

    Thanks a lot akis, I will try it later

    @m_ms09:
    Login into the wordpress backend (under /wp-admin) and click “Pages” in the menu on the left side…

    Click on “Edit” on a Page you want to change. Now you should be in the “Edit Page” where you can edit your page etc. On the right side there should be some boxes and one of the is called “Page Attributes”. There you can change “Default Template” to “Blog Archive” or “No sidebar (works only with original layout)”.

    Tell me if you found it…

    Yes, I figured it out —
    The Page Attributes box only applies to additional pages that I’ve made (i.e. “About” pages, “Bio” etc.), but not the actual MAIN blog page.

    After taking a closer look at the code for the one column page php file, I saw a css class tag called “onecolumn” – so in the main div container for the main blog page, I added this attribute. It worked like a charm!

    Thank you for your help!
