Hi there

Have you seen where the menu is edited under Appearances > Menu in admin?

Once you’re in the menu section you will see on the left you can click to add pages or look further down and you’ll see you can add custom links and categories to the nav menu.

To change the right menu button to say something else than ‘Category’ you need to do some customization by creating child theme. Reference here for child theme.

And to add categories such as film and nature underneath, you need to create categories with these name and it will show up automatically underneath the menu.
If you are ready to do customization by creating child theme to change the text saying ‘Category’ you will be guided.
