Mentioning transportation cost even when free is confusing

First of all, thanks for the good plugin where many of us where already waiting for!
It is a bit confusing to customers that even when transportation is free (when ordering more than a certain amount), that a transportation fee is shown on top of the popup (on the grey background).
Could you solve this, as it confuses the customers? Thanks in advance!
