memory limited

hi
i have problem that when i active woocommerce i see this error
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 149422080) (tried to allocate 1970176 bytes) in /home/yphsir/public_html/wp-includes/class.wp-scripts.php on line 301
how can i fix it??
