Memory Limit reached

  • For awhile, in my dashboard, I was getting the message about the memory limit being exceeded. Did a bit of research and increased the limit for the admin (WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT) and that made no difference. Increased it for the main site (WP_MEMORY_LIMIT) and it fixed it. As an experiment I turned off that increase and it worked just fine (perhaps cached?). So I’m not sure if this is a bug or something else, but wanted to pass it along. I have very minimal other plugins installed. They are:

    Jetpack by WordPress.com
    WP Remote
