Memory limit not consistent

First of all: Terrific plugin, thanks so much, it helps a lot. ??

Just a little question:

In the frontend the memory limit is 262.144kB (https://snag.gy/IVgzA.jpg), while in the dashboard is 131.072kB (https://snag.gy/KmvwA.jpg)

Is that a bug, or WordPress really changes dynamically that value in the backend??
