    The visual composer plugin is giving this error:
    It seems that there is a problem with your server configuration that might affect Visual Composer. For more details, visit System Status page.

    when I checked the system status page I found this:
    Memory limit: The maximum amount of memory (RAM) that your site can use at one time. Memory limit should be 256M, currently, it is 128M

    but when I check the memory_limit in my server it is already set to 256M
    I even checked .htaccess and wp_config files to see if there is something related to memory limit but nothing there..

    I tried to refresh the page but nothing change

    Hello,

    The server memory limit is the global value.
    The plugin checks for the local memory limit set for the particular website.
    Please make sure that it is set to 256M as well.

    @rohanvc …. I have already checked the memory limit set for the particular website only and it is 265M.

    I have also checked the memory limit in the admin dashbores in following path Tools – site health – server – PHP memory limit256M

    and it is 256..

    only it shows 128M in the plugin settings

    Hi,

    If the issue still persists after allocating the local memory of the site, then it might be a false trigger that is triggering the message in the system status.

    @rohanvc , it is for the premium users I can not submit the ticket.

    Hi,

    Yes, the support ticket access is restricted to users with premium license.
    However, we have recently received one such case in our support portal and we have added it to our bug-fix list. It will be checked in an update.
