Memory Limit Exceeded in
-
Hi,
I’m having a bit of difficulty at the moment with a Magento/Wordpress website install. We were having difficulties with the homepage crashing, until we disabled some plugins. We contacted our server managers and they responded below-
“There error appears while browsing https://54.77.110.130/wp/ are mentioned below.
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7423561 bytes) in /var/www/basecamp.ie/web/wp/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/siteorigin-panels.php on line 675
As you can read from the logs, it indicate something with the plugins where the directory is siteorigin-panels and the file is siteorigin-panels.php. I recommend you to disable that plugin, or consult with the developer to advice further in this regards. I don’t have details about the plugin as I don’t have credentials to access admin area but you can get more info in it.
As far as working pages, they might use different plugin like badgeos as appears on your mentioned page i.e. https://54.77.110.130/wp/blog/.
PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1073741824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7423561 bytes) in /var/www/basecamp.ie/web/wp/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/siteorigin-panels.php on line 675
I have tried to set memory limit upto 1 GB of RAM which is more then enough, but still the same issue”
Can you think of anyhting that may be causing this?
Cheers,
Mark
