  • Based on the error message, the PHP memory limit is actually 64 MB (67108864 bytes = 64 MB). Maybe you could try increasing it?

As I wrote, I did set up my php memory limit on my host by my self and it is 256MB – max limit they are offering.

Yet the error message shows that in practice PHP is using a significantly lower limit. Are you sure WordPress is configured to make use of all the available memory? WP has it’s own memory limit settings.
