SG Security seems to be incompatible with default WP comments for me. When I enable comments I get memory errors. When I disable the plugin everything works. The comments actually do get posted to the database. I just get redirected to error page. 500 errors. It started happening I think related to most recent update of plugin (before then it worked fine) but going back to prior plugin versions doesn’t resolve issue. Anyone had this happen to them?

I am hosted on Siteground. Site tools says my PHP memory limit is 768M

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) /public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2135

Also it happens when I post comments as a guest…not as a logged in user.

    Hello @jordanr,

I was unable to replicate the issue on my test WordPress instance. Would you please post a ticket on our end from your SiteGround User Area? That way we will have the required access for further investigating the issue.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best Regards,
