Memory exhausted Issue

    I am getting this message when I am trying to migrate a site from live to local development environment (local by flywheel), I got this message, any idea how to fix it?

    [error]Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8960000 bytes) file:/app/public/wp-content/plugins/wpvivid-backuprestore/includes/class-wpvivid-restore-database.php line:601

    I used the notepad++ to go into it and look at the line 601, did not find anyplace to increase the memory…please advise? Many thanks.

    Thanks for your feedback. Head over to Settings tab page, and you will see the option of PHP memory limit. After increasing the value of PHP memory limit, please let us know if you still encounter memory exhausted issue.

    Thank you for this good product creation plus such quick and prompt response. After trying out the setting, seems no matter how much memory I increase, it still keep showing the memory exhausted issues. I attached the two screen shots for your references, please advise what else we can try? Many thanks.

    team, i’m having the same problem. please assist. I’m moving a 1.3gb (the restore file). and it keeps on giving the same error even when i increase the memory limit.
