    Hi,

Ever since last week, I’ve been not getting the invoices sent to the email address I’ve designated.

This week this is the error I’ve gotten:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 566400 bytes) in /home/bagley/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/lib/dompdf/lib/class.pdf.php on line 3894

    This error is also new?

The order gets processed but from the user end, it looks like it didn’t happen. so then the customer goes in to order again and they get charged twice.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Hello Briegger,
Try increasing your site’s memory, it looks like you have only 64M available – depending on your site’s configuration (plugins/theme/server) this is on the low side.
If you want to find out more about memory usage of different plugins on your site, you can install the P3 profiler plugin. Don’t run it on auto but manual, browsing the admin and doing some typical admin actions. It will show you the resource load for the plugins in each step.

    Good luck!

Thank you so much Ewout. I had our server host do this last night and now everything seems to be running smoothly!

I wonder, what changed in the last week to make this happen? It was working great before??

    I hate not knowing!!

Thanks again and I really appreciate the advice ??

    Hello Beth,
I don’t know what changed last week. In this plugin there were no changes related to memory usage that I know of. But it could be anything from changes on your server, other plugins that you are running…

Glad to hear it’s back up & running though!
