Memory Error shutting down admin pages

My site gives me this error when I try to login, but the site itself runs fine. I just cant see the admin pages

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 94371840 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 5405875 bytes)

I looked at the script line in question but I don’t see how I can fixc this or what caused this, I have been running this blog for years and this is the first time I got this message.

My host doesnt have any solution that helps
