I have my instance of Store Exporter Deluxe hosted on Godaddy servers. I have only about 4500 orders. I have yet to successfully export any content using the Deluxe version, though for the time being I’m just trying export my orders.

It encounters memory errors and gives up after about a minute. It does proactively warn me that my use of “Extra Product Options” plugin in some of my products may exacerbate memory issues. How do I make this product work?

  • Hi Jeff, thanks for raising this. How much memory is available to WordPress on your hosting instance?

Bulk exporting is memory and CPU process intensive, especially without batch exports.

You’re likely to hit either a memory or process timeout limit exporting that volume in one go with that volume of Orders especially in our free Plugin which uses a handwritten CSV file generator, our Pro Plugin uses the PHPExcel library with better memory management.

Consider using the Limit Volume/Volume Offset options to create batch exports, alternatively increase the memory allocation to WordPress and our export Plugin to allow bulk exports to complete.

I am already using the upgraded product called “Store Exporter Deluxe”. What is a reasonable limit/offset I should target? Could I do 1000 orders at a time?

Do you have an idea where i go to allocate more memory/cpu resources? In Godaddy cPanel or is it within WordPress Dashboard somewhere?

Hi @jvetterick, 1000 Orders should be fine on our Pro Plugin, it sounds like the TM EPO integration is consuming excessive memory which I’d be glad to investigate further.
