Memcached is installed on the server but the port doesn`pass the test

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
    As you can see in the second screenshot you took, the Memcached servers are not responding or not running.
    This means that you should check the Memcached server status and possibly restart Memcached.

    Look if the service is running: ps afux | grep memc
    restart the service if needed (as root/sudo): service memcached restart.

    If you are unsure about the steps, please reach out to your hosting provider as they will be able to assist you with this.
