Memcached Breaks WP Site Health Status Message
-
Good Day,
As mentioned in an older post or topic, every time we activate Memcached our Site Health Status message (green icon) breaks under the following conditions:
(1) When we disable then enable Memcached.
(2) When we click on SGO’s primary link or dashboard link (WP Dashboard > SG Optimizer OR WP Dashboard > SG Optimizer > Dashboard)
(3) When we click on Purge SG Cache (WP Menu Bar)Noteworthy: The above happens with Heartbeat Admin enabled or disabled, and when using either WP Cron or a Real Cron.
This is what we should see all the time: https://prnt.sc/e4XhO5l3PnI8
This is what Memcached is causing: https://prnt.sc/rnLfnWLH9XYDFrom our recollection, SiteGround has been able to replicate the above, but still hasn’t provided a solution. The filter provided by SiteGround to execute the Site Health Status check after purging SGO’s cache does not work. No other plugin causes this issue, only SGO.
Can you guys kindly provide an update on this? From our perspective, the above occurrence is not normal. A fix is appreciated.
