    But on the front end, I honestly did not notice a big difference …

    Is there anything I can do internally? or something?

    Do you think REDIS will work better? Helping in performance …..

    Hi,

    No , Redis wont’ make much different.

    A quote from WP codex:

    WP_Object_Cache is WordPress’ class for caching data which may be computationally expensive to regenerate, such as the result of complex database queries.

    It’s normal that you don’t see noticeable improvement unless your site is mysql-heavy.
