Membership/subscription site with shopping Cart

Hi,

I am about to develope a website but not sure which plugins will work with desired functionality.

The functionality is :

We will have downloadable products under different categories. An user will buy subscription/membership for :

a) One or more Categories
b) Entire website subscription

So based upon purchases a member will have access to all the products under one category or entire website. If a member has purchased membership for 2 categories he/she can download products from those categories only but he will be able to view all other categories/products.

Not sure which plugins would work best here. The plugins i can think of are:

WPMU membership

Woocommerce

However not sure if they will provide category access features.

Please advice which plugins would work best for such functionality.
