memberships plans & emails

    Hello,

    I would like to know about a specific setting with those emails: Membership ending soon & Membership renewal reminder.

    Some of my clients are sending me messages because they receive those emails even if they renewed already their membership to the membership plan.

    My question: is it normal?
    If not, is there any way to change this?
