Membership/Role Discounts

I have not been able to find a free plugin that does what I need. I am looking to have customers sign up for a special membership. There will be an initial fee, then a recurring fee each month. I have found plugins for this. The part I have not found is something that will allow these special members to have a discounted price on all if not certain items in the shop. Or if push comes to shove, I would need a way to make a separate special product page for these members.

So for example, regular price is $40 for any normal member/guest but it shows as 15% off for those with the membership.

I am using woocommerce if it matters.
