Membership To Upload Content and Comment

  • What I am looking for I feel like is pretty basic and is probably a no-brainer but I haven’t been able to figure it out.

    What I would like to have is to allow people to visit my website, register a username, and under that username be able to comment on posts and upload media.

    I do not want them to create posts – just basically submit photos under a user name and be able to comment under that same username.
