Membership Tab No longer there

That’s strange, is it still listed under Plugins?

Have you tried deactivating the plugin and then activating it again?

Try that and see if it reappears.

Yes it is listed and yes I did do that and also uninstalled and reinstalled it to no avail.

Are you able to access the admin pge by manually entering the URL? Something like https://domain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=membership should do it.

Wow ok so that didn’t work but only because I technically don’t have permissions to view that page which is why the tab is not there. I logged in under the first name that opened the account and bam there it was. I don’t understand why I’m not allowed permissions to see that though my username login is an administrative one. I can change themes and everything else but not get permissions for the membership. What’s up with that? If I’m an admin don’t I get full access?!

Hi @nicholasmark

These are controlled separately, from the main admin account go to Membership > Options > Membership Admins

Tick the boxes for the admins you want to allow access for, then save.

Now when logged in as those admins the Membership menu item should show.
