    Hi. I have a strange issue.

    A user subscribed to a monthly plan with stripe Payment. Order received and IPN as well, so I can see the payment into the order list in PMP (with both transaction id and subscription id by the gateway).

    Problem is that paid membership pro didn’t assign the new level to the user. I had to do this manually by assigning the proper subscription level. When the renew occurred the following month the order is correctly processed, IPN received, and can see into the PMP order list; but is not synced with user profile.

    This happened only for this user. For other users the process worked smoothly and as it should.

    How did this happen? and especially, how can I sync now payment orders with user membership level to allow PMP to manage monthly renewal and so keep or change membership level if payment arrive or not?

    You mentioned PMPro did not assign a new level, was this member new or an old member that changed their level when they initially was not assigned their level?

    How did this happen? and especially, how can I sync now payment orders with user membership level to allow PMP to manage monthly renewal and so keep or change membership level if payment arrive or not?

    Could you please explain this further? Are you not using PMPro checkout to process memberships on your site?

    He is an old member with a free plan. He made un upgrade and pass to a monthly subscription plan and paid with Stripe.

    The order went smoothly via PMP checkout, payment arrived, I can see the order completed in the dashboard. But PMP didn’t assign to the user the relative level as it should after the subscription.

    Hello @fa1976itb, I am sorry for the inconveniences caused by this.

    As you have already assigned this member their appropriate level, I would recommend you work through our caching documentation as caching can sometimes interfere with a PMPro functionality, if this happens again, kindly notify us.
