Membership – stripe payment – account suspended

Hello,

I’m selling membership with recurring automatic payment in ARMEMBER.
As a payment gateway, we use Stripe SCA.Everything is correct when a user create an account, select a membership in our website via ARMEMBER, and paid to be member.
We can see the payment on stripe and we see the debit on the customer’s bank accountBut the issue is that Stripe captures payment of our members but does not return the information to ARMEMBER. ARMEMBER automatically identifies payment as failed and suspend the accounts of our members that have paid with Stripe.
Could you please help us to identify and solve this issue as soon as possible as Stripe/ARMEMBER integration is disrupting our business.
For information, I use the ARMEMBER version of the AZTEC template from ProgressionStudios.I know the support has to come from them, but if they can’t find a solution, can you help me or do I need to have a license from you ?
If I buy a license from you, am I sure you will find a solution to my problem?
