Membership search option

I found that the their is search option on the membership directory. The shortcode is not working for me. When I place it on a page it remains blank.

Can you help me with this issue?

Have you tried deactivating plugins you’re using, such as Simple Membership, that may conflict with Ultimate Member? Does the member directory show if you revert to the default theme?

Also, you are using W3 Total Cache. Many caching plugins do not work well with member sites where some users are logged in while others are not. I would try disabling that plugin. Your Ultimate Member settings look great, so that’s not the issue.

Ok I will try to disable some plugins and let you know the results. Thank you for the help.

Disabled all plugins and tried another theme. Still nothing. And my other short codes are working fine.

Dear thejluntzreport, how did you solve the issue? I had the member search working perfectly and it has now disappeared. I have checked plugin and theme clashes and am at a loss. Would you mind sharing your solution? TIA
