Membership Renewal, no renew button?

  • Hi. All the information I managed to find state that PMPro allows members to renew their membership at any time by purchasing the same level again and it will extend the membership for the duration.

    My implementation however isn’t showing any Renew button anywhere, and on the membership levels page, clicking the same level as already subscribed to just takes the user to their membership page, where there is also no renew button?

  • Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. The renew button is a relatively new feature. What version of PMPro are you currently using? The current version is 1.7.6. Try downloading and installing the latest version and see if the problem continues. Thanks again.

    Hi. Yes, I’m using the latest version, 1.7.6. I have tried all sorts of combinations of Membership levels configuration but still no renew button to be seen?

    The renewal button is specific to membership levels with a non-recurring membership. Have you made sure that membership level is non-recurring?

    Hello,

    I am using 1.7.8.1 and have configured the plan with Non-recurring membership still I am not able to see the renew button once logged in as active user who is having the end date after 2 days i.e. 20th March 2014.

    Basically if I am not mistaken this should appear in the Checkout page where it shows YOUR LEVEL and SELECT button for other plan.

    Appreciate your help and please correct me if I am mistaken at any place.

    What theme are you using? Does this behavior persist when using the WordPress default Twenty Fourteen theme? Also, if you have any other plugins installed, try deactivating them and check again. Hope this helps. Thanks.
