    Hi,

    I have 4 membership levels on my site and each one has an annual subscription using stripe.

    a) once it nears the end of the 12 months is it possible to send an email to notify the subscription is about to end and automatic payment will be taken out from a certain date?

    b) After the automatic renewal, I need it to notify the user, either through pop up or email, that their account has been renewed for another year. Is this possible within s2? if not how would this be done?

    I have wanted that reminder function for years, but it looks like it’s not a high priority. So, I found another plugin that will do what you want. Lok for s2renewal reminders. https://s2renewalreminders.com/ It will send a reminder 7 days prior and 1 day prior. NOTE WELL: It does not automatically renew. It advises users their time is ending and they need to renew.

    Provide your users a page with payment buttons where they can go and renew, and let the payment processor handle the confirmation mail.

    does/can S2renewalreminders send emails to subscribed accounts ie warning them that their creditcard/paypal will be charged soon?

    Thanks bobeaston, I’ve found the s2renewals plugin before searching through all the forums and support. Its a common request so i dont know why s2 havent implemented this yet.

    I feel this is a standard feature in any membership system.
