Membership Pro Conflict with Theme

    I don’t want to post the page I’m having trouble with because there’s board information on it. However, that page where the user is supposed to login to access the information is not working. We have a person taking a look and apparently the conflict is the theme — if the theme is changed, it works. Do you know of any way to work around that?

    I would recommend in reaching out to the theme authors to troubleshoot this for you.

    Would you mind telling me what the theme is called and what is not working exactly? Are user’s not able to login or view the content?

    Thank you. We do have to contact the theme folks – it was designed. But we were able to create a workaround. Sorry for the trouble. Thank you for your time!
