Membership plugin

I am looking for a membership plugin for our community site. We need these features:
– Signs up new members (paid) with quarterly or annual recurring fees.
– Login feature so members can modify their info
– Connects to a robust 3rd party payment gateway, so we don’t collect their credit card info on our own server for safety
– Allows members to pay member-only fees while non-members pay higher fees for the activities the site offers
– Sends tickets to people after purchasing activities
– Collects their email address for future notifications

I have looked into many membership plugins but I couldn’t figure out if they can cover these features exactly. If someone has used these features before, would you please share with me what plugin is the best one.
