Membership payment stripe

    Hello,

    We have a create membership with recurring automatic payment in ARMEMBER.
    As a payment gateway, we use Stripe SCA.

    It seems everything is correct while a user create an account and select a membership in our website via ARMEMBER, therefore it is also crreating a membership and the information is reflected in Stripe Dashboard Account (in membership)

    Although we are facing a massive issue. Stripe captures payment of our members but does not return the information to ARMEMBER. ARMEMBER automatically identifies payment as failed and suspend the accounts of our members that have paid with Stripe.

    Could you please help us to identify and solve this issue as soon as possible as Stripe/ARMEMBER integration is disrupting our business.

    I submited ticket there but I need answer as soon as possible because I am facing issues in production with around 30 payments from stripe pending.

    Hello, We have the same problem but we cannot send you a ticket because we use a theme that use ARMember (SKRN).

    the issue is that many account was supended (randomly) 2 or 3 days before the plan paiement we lost more than 50 clients 20€ a month.

    Please send us a quick patch because we lost all of our client.
