Hi I am new to this and just installed to try to expand my website which is also fairly new.

I have setup the plugins but in trying to setup the settings, I am noticing that the membership I just created is not showing in the vendor membership page.

Also can you explain the difference in the vendor registration and the vendor membership page?

I would think the membership page would be for registrations also, but if I’m forcing vendors to pay, why would I need the registration page by itself?

Again I’m new to this completely so sorry for not knowing more but I haven’t gotten far in setup without noticing I can’t get the membership package to show.

Also I’m finding out the Membership Settings page does not work also for me.

When I go to the page all the settings are blank, but when I click the tabs the page does change sizes so I went in and found the information, but when I edited some of the settings there in the Membership Settings page and clicked Submit, it reloaded to an error page.

This settings page that is messed up seems to be key here and I think may be causing my whole problem…. any idea what I can do to get it working properly?

Even with a brand new tested WordPress installation, I am getting the same results… this page seems broken.

    Thanks for your help

    – Have you enabled “membership” module from WCFM Admin Setting – Modules?

If yes, please check one more thing, go to WCFM Admin Setting – Dashboard Pages – Be sure membership page is set under “Membership”

When I go to the page all the settings are blank, but when I click the tabs the page does change sizes so I went in and found the information

    – Which setting page is blank for you? WCFM Admin Setting page or Membership setting page?

Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated?

Also check in Google Chrome Browser console, is there any JavaScript error happening to the site or not! (What is browser console – https://support.airtable.com/hc/en-us/articles/232313848-How-to-open-the-developer-console)

I have answered all questions below… Again this is happening on a brand new installation of WordPress without any plugins or themes added…. I have tried on a site with working WordPress also, and neither work. It seems like something is wrong with this plugin maybe, or maybe a WordPress update was made and plugin is not working correctly?

I’m not sure why a brand new installation would have so much trouble with your plugin, but it doesn’t seem to be anything on my end that is causing the problem

    – Have you enabled “membership” module from WCFM Admin Setting – Modules?
    Membership is enabled in modules…

    – If yes, please check one more thing, go to WCFM Admin Setting – Dashboard Pages – Be sure membership page is set under “Membership”
This also is correct in settings.

    – Which setting page is blank for you? WCFM Admin Setting page or Membership setting page?
    “Membership Settings” page is blank

-Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated?
The only error I see is below….
2020-08-12T02:24:30+00:00 DEBUG Mail Check Status:: 1

Please update WCFM Membership plugin to the latest version, 2.9.3, we have already fixed this issue.

Between, this error is generating since WP 5.5 release.

Without setting up the settings on that page, the Vendor Membership page from frontend is still not showing the packages

Thanks, have you set this membership page at WCFM Membership Setting – Custom Plan Page?

Kindly show me a membership plan manage page screenshot as well.

I set it and it works now (custom plan page)… but the instructions here are kinda vague… it says “You have created your own membership plan page then set that here.” But yet I didn’t create a custom page, but still have to set the page that’s already there as the custom page.

Actually, you do not have to set this page here. In general if default membership page set here then it does not work, so I asked you.

Default membership should be set only at WCFM Admin Setting – Dashboard Pages – Membership

Between, is your membership page properly working now and look like this? https://wcfmmp.wcfmdemos.com/vendor-membership/

    (@combrokerage)

I just changed in the Membership Settings page… but you say I shouldn’t have to change it…

I’m not using any custom pages. I am using the default page, but still had to set it to that page.
