Membership Option Not Showing On Single Product Page

    I have installed and activated the PMP WooCommerce Add-On. I created the Membership Levels in PMP. But the Membership option is not appearing under Get More Options on the Create/Edit Product page as a Simple Product.

    All other aspects of PMP seem to be working correctly

    What must I do to fix this?
