    Hi

My memberships levels page contains none of my membership levels.

I believe there was a PMPro update in the last day or so. As such it looks likely that this has affected it.

In a nutshell my memberships levels page is now essentially a blank page.

I am sure you can appreciate this is a bit of a ball ache especially heading into the weekend.

I have discvovered the problem. A different plugin update appears to be corrupting it.

I am in discussions with the plugin authors to see if they can resolve it.

I have had problems with this before (content builder plugin).

Any pages behind the membership wall cannot be viewed with the content builder.

The plugin authors suggested the problem was becuase your memberships plugin was loading an old version of “jquery” and asked “Please contact the plugin developers and ask them to load the jQuery version loaded by WordPress instead of their own version.”

Could we start up a dialogue to see if this is possible, please?

    Hi @fitbatips,

Thank you for getting in touch and choosing Paid Memberships Pro.

I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

Would you mind telling me what page builder you are using?

By default PMPro does not alter any version of JQuery and it uses the default JQuery dependency that your theme loads. Could you please view the pages in question and open your console (F12) and see if there are any errors or warnings in the console.

This will help us see if/where there are any conflicts.

Hi Andrew thanks for getting back to me

This is the only warning on the console

“s0.wp.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=20160429:1 Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user’s experience. For more help, check https://xhr.spec.whatwg.org/.
    send @ s0.wp.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=20160429:1”

The Content Builder is from Thrive Themes. The ‘Thrive Content Builder’.

The whole site is on a Thrive Themes platform.

    Hi Andrew

The issue has been resolved. TT amended their plugins and it has been solved.

However there is still the issue with being unable to use the Content Builder in pages/posts that are behind the membership wall.

This is what the quote from TT above referred to. Can you give me some advice about what I should take back to them from your POV in order to try and get that resolved?

I would like paying members to get the best experience possible. Thanks for your help so far.

Thank you for your feedback, glad to hear you are getting somewhere.

Could you please have a look at the following article regarding page builders and PMPro – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/filter-members-only-content-later-for-page-builders-and/

For clarification, when you use the page builder to build a page and restrict it to members only. Even if the user is a member, the content isn’t being shown?

Please let me know if this helps.

    Hi Andrew

I am unable to access the page builder at all in pages with a membership block. I haven’t tried building the page first and then applying a membership to it.

I guess I could give that a go.

Always the simple solutions that I miss ??

    Thanks for the suggestion

    You’re most welcome @fitbatips.

Is the page builder on the frontend of your site?

Please keep me posted and let me know your findings.
