Membership level change but email showing empty

    Hello!
    I’m sorry this is not working as expected.

    These two images’ subjects do not match.

    The sent email in your second image matches the Admin Changes (admin) template.
    (The subject inserts the !!user_login!!). Can you confirm the there is content in that email template?

    Hi,
    In email template there not showing any option for user change membership level mail just one option Admin change. In all option have by default message but when user change his membership level there showing empty

    I got another problem that i am using pmpro addon packages to sell my post but problem is there not supporting coupon code i need coupon code functionuality to give offer to my user. I talk with 20+ developer no one can’t can you give me suggestion who can or how its Possible to made.

    Regarding the functionality of the Email Templates, we are able to talk you through this issue. Please can you resave your Admin Change email template and test again?

    Please note that there are two Admin Change email templates one for the user and one for the Admin.
