Membership is NOT working…….

  • Please allow my site to update within the plugins section.

    Hackers have somehow disconnected the membership. I had everything set to where people would sign up under the memberships but hackers have disabled it.

    It will NOT go to the redirect page after someone sign up as it was doing and by this the person who is signing up stay on the sign up page instead of being taken to the thank you page.

    Also, when a user sign up under the paid accounts the same thing will happen and once they sign up they are left of the sign up page instead of being taken to the payment process page.

    I had everything set perfect but hackers have screwed it up…..

    PLEASE HELP because I have people who are joining the site but they are all complaining because they can NOT log into the site after joining.

    Hey there tdcpepsi,

    Sorry to hear that your site has been hacked and sorry for the late response ??

    This would almost impossible to troubleshoot since forum rules prevents us from accessing your site so I’d have to suggest restoring a backup if you had one and also running some sort security scan so you can know which plugin/theme has a security hole that has been used by hackers to get into your site as this can be any plugin or theme that you’re using on your site.
