We’re going to need to more information about how your site is set up with Paid Memberships Pro.

Please follow the steps below to retrieve your Site Health Info in the WordPress admin and reply back to us when the details have been added:

Navigate to Tools > Site Health in the WordPress admin.
Click on the “Info” tab.
Click the button to “Copy site info to clipboard”.

The entire output of your Site Health is now copied to your clipboard. You can then paste it into a reply here.

Please advise which level did the member sign up for? Do they have an expiration date set on their profile?

In a test, a membership level that is set to be expired within one day, the membership is bought via woocommerce product, however, when the time is over but the membership level is still active and the user still has access to the website content.

An one-day membership level is bought and active on August 30 but shows in level page that the expiration is on September 1st. What is wrong with it?

Thank you for your feedback. Is the expiration date set on that member’s profile though? You can verify this by navigating to Memberships > Members and clicking on the Edit Member link followed by the Memberships tab. Active memberships will appear there.

Note that the expiration cron is set to run once a day which might not be close to the time that the member’s expiration date is set, resulting in them only expiring a day later.
