Since the last major update a week ago, membership access has not been closed even though the expiration date has passed. Before this update we resolved it by activating a check that I cannot find now. Can you help me?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

Please try deactivating and reactivating the Paid Memberships Pro core plugin so that the expiration cron can be restarted – note that this cron only runs once a day so any users that have expired should then expire immediately after reactivating.

Please give this a try and let me know if this helps.

    Kind Regards,
    Jarryd

Please send me a screenshot of the member profile and subscription pages for a user that has not expired so that I can take a further look into this for you?
