Hi there, Im wanting to control the levels of access to my site in relation to the levels of content Im providing.

I would like to show the summary (up to the read more tag) of my articles to EVERYONE… however Im needing the different levels of membership to have access to the different levels of my articles (Bronze, Silver & Gold).

So in summary Im looking for:

Visitors can view summary of all articles
Bronze members can view summary of all articles & read Bronze categorised articles in FULL
Silver member can view summary of all articles & read Bronze & Silver categorised articles in FULL
Gold members can read ALL articles in FULL

Is this possible or can you steer me in the right direction how to implement this? Thanks!

    Hi @pixel Fish

Can you not just add the category in the access level? So for the Bronze access level add negative rules for all but Bronze, for Silver access level add negative for all but Silver and Bronze and so on.

Im needing ALL levels to get a snippet of info for posts in each category.

The method you suggested blocks Bronze members from even seeing what resources are available in SILVER and Gold.

Can I give you my login to demonstrate this?

I’m afraid that we only do this for paying members.

How about using the more tag?

Im happy to become a paying member if I know this is actually possible with this plugin. Perhaps if you can tell me this I will sign up

    Hi @pixel Fish

I just tested this on my test site and it seems to work perfectly.

In Membership > Options > Content Protection I set content after more tag to NOT be visible.

Then for the access levels I set the content after the more to to be visible on a certain level, logged in as a user before making this change then refreshing after making the change, the content after the more tag was not visible, then after adding a positive more tag rule it was visible.

    Hey there.

We haven’t heard from you in awhile, so I just wanted to check in to make sure all was good.

This thread was marked resolved, but please, if you still need help then just respond and open it back up. We can then take it from there. ??

Hope you have a fantastic day!
