Membership changes are not made to some of my users

    Hello, I have a problem with two of my old users on my site, which when modifying their membership level, they continue without level changes, example: current level = 1, level change to 2, but they continue with the attributes of the level 1, as well as if their membership is cancelled.

    Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    Are you still facing this issue? By default when the user’s level is changed they should have only level 2 and the level 1 membership is removed.

    Can you tell me if you are running any plugin or Add On that may allow user’s to have more than one level or any custom code?
