Membership and creating posts

  • So i want people on my site to be able to create some sort of “posts” after they have loged in.

    But i didn’t want to use the integrated log in system because i don’t want them to have acces to the backend of wordpress so i created my own login and register plugin but now , i want to create a custom type of “posts” and let the subscribed users create these posts, but still wihtout having acces to backend.

    I tried copying the code from post-new.php but I’m geting all kind of errors and stuff so…

    How should i go about this and did I take the wrong route with the custom log in plugin?

    Please help me out I need to be done with this project soon.
    Any help is appreciated.
