• In the last week or so members have complained that they’re unable to comment on my posts because the site keeps logging them out.

I’ve asked them to delete their browser cache. Problem persists.

I’ve deleted my website cache. Problem persists.

I’ve disabled cache plugin. Same thing.

I’ve deactivated and reactivated UM. Same thing.

I don’t know what else to do. Any suggestions?

PS. I noticed when logging in via a non-admin account that the following is added to each post’s URL: ?err=invalid_nonce&um-hash=d9ce50

    What does this mean?

    Hello @sjyounis

Can you please share a screenshot of your wp-admin > Ultimate member > settings > general > pages

Visiting the logout page can sign users out if you do not have a separate logout page and if you have assigned another page as logout, that can cause users to log out.

Thanks. I ended up removing the Cache plugin I was using, and installing a different one instead, and that seemed to resolve the problem.
