• When a member registers, everything is great and works. After testing upgrading an account from free to a paid account the user cannot access the profile without getting an 500 – Internal server error. this is the same error we get when trying to view the profile as an admin from the dashboard

    Hi, can you enabled Debug mode. When another Free member upgrades to a pro membership can you then check the log file.

    If you receive an internal sever error then something is wrong in your server. Check your server log files, see if anything shows. Also you might want to speak to your host about this error.
