    Hello,

When I go to the Members page a spinning circle is displayed and never stops. The Members are never shown.

I have installed, reinstalled, checked the settings, filters, etc, etc

Nothing seems to change the spinning circle of the Members page.

    What else can I try?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @joe-dunn

Could you please enable the UM Member directory to the public? I just checked and it says “We are sorry. We cannot find any users who match your search criteria.”

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

I can’t find the setting you are asking me to change.

In the WP Admin area, I went to Pages then clicked Edit on the Memebrs page.

On the right-hand side these are the following dropdown options:

    -Status and Visibility
    -Permalink
    -Featured Image
    -Discussion
    -Page Attributes
    -Astra Settings

I have expanded each of these and there is no reference to UM settings.

In Ultimate Member – Settings I went to the Access Tab. These are the settings there:

Global Site Access: Site Accessible to Everyone

Nothing else is checked on this page.

    Thanks again for your assistance!

    Hello,

The Members page still just shows a spinning circle where I would assume the list of Members should appear.

I wasn’t able to determine what “enable the UM Member directory to the public.” meant or where to accomplish that.

I have installed and uninstalled the plugin a number of times and it is still not working.

    Thanks for any assistance!

This is really strange. All of the other UM pages seem to work just fine. Login, Logout, User, Account, etc

However, the Members page is still not working. When the page ‘loads’ I see the site logo, the main menu, the footer, and then a spinning circle where I assume the Members are to be displayed.

I have tried uninstalling, re-installing, playing with settings, uninstalling again, reinstalling, deleting or deactivating other plugins.

    Nothing seems to help.

    Any suggestions?

I was going to upload an image of the issue but there does not seem to be a way to upload an image.

    Any ideas on this issue?

    Hi @joe-dunn,

This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?
