Members Only Tickets Extension Is Restricting Both Members and Non Members

    I’m using the members only tickets extension with memberpress, events tickets plus, and woocommerce. I installed the extension and followed the directions. I set up a category on woocommerce. Then I added memberpress rules that said any member could access it. Then I applied it to the members only ticket.

    Non members are restricted from buying the ticket (good), but so are members. Several logged in members have tried to purchase but it remains greyed out.

    It seems all this extension does is block everyone from purchasing whether they are a logged in member or not which isn’t what we want. We want to be able to give members a discounted ticket price. What’s going on here?

    I did submit a ticket but didn’t really get anywhere with it.
