Members only file repository!!

  • What plugins would you recommend for a very simple members only file repository?

    User is running an offline course. To supplement the course, they want course attendees to be able to login to their exisiting WordPress website and download a small number of files such as PDF, DOC, PPT etc.

    User will manage the files. The attendees should only be able to log in and download files – they should not have permission to upload new files.

    It was suggested to the user that they use Google Drive or Dropbox to facilitate this, but they really want it to be accessible and managed via their website.

    Suggestions?

  • I really like the functionality of LearnDash – and it will allow the user to segment out by various courses.

    Any of the available LMS (Learning Management System) plugins should work, though.
