members not showing up on members page

    Hello,
    The members are not showing up on the members page. Page loads but doesn’t load the members list.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @utkarshs

    Did you add the Member Directory shortcode to the member’s page? Also, have you tried changing your theme to a default WP theme such as 2020 or 2021 just to see if there’s an issue with your current theme?

    Yes, the shortcode is already added. When I add the shortcode to a new page then it works fine but doesn’t work for the default members page added by ultimate member.

    Does the issue occur when you make UM the only active plugin?
