Members not showing on member directory page

I’m having the same issue as in this support forum: https://ultimatemember.com/forums/topic/community-role-member-but-not-showing-up-in-membership-directory/
I think the members aren’t showing because they are initially made with woocommerce since I am having people pay for a subscription membership. (I’d love to pay for a pro version of Ultimate Member that syncs with woocommerce, but there doesn’t seem to be one) Is there any way to get past this issue? I need to charge people for the membership, so they need to show up on the membership page once they created an account.
If you have any advice please share!

Well I just recently installed Woo Commerce, Events Manager and Affiliate Manager, so maybe there is a major conflict somewhere.
