Members List shows only shortcode, not a list of members

    I have installed the plugins Simple WordPress Membership and SWPM Show Member Info and added the short code [swpm_show_member_listing] but all I see is the short code, not a list of members. I am using OceanWP and Elementor. How do I correct this?
