members grid doesn’t appear

    When you clic on a member and then you go back to the member grid nothing is shown and an additionnal problem with the icon on the page appear.
    Can you explain what happens and how to solve it?
    I have the last version 2.1.3

    Hi @mykeydesign,

    Do you have any caching plugins installed or server side caching active?
    Make sure to exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache.
    This issue can be due to some conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins.
    Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hi,
    I did the conflict test and nothing change except the icons. The strange thing is that the icons are fine in every pages of the website, even in subscription and connexion pages I created with UM. But they are still squared when I go into a profile. And stay like this when I go back to the members grid where there is no members shown anymore.

    I’m using OceanWP and Elementor.

    Do you have any idea?
