I have attached subscriptions to all my Users and they now appear as Members. Then I create a Members Export Report specifying all the meta keys I want invoked. The plugin chugs along with the completion bar reaching the far end. But there is no csv anywhere.

After struggling with this the whole evening, I discovered that even though Profile Builder included all the information I needed in its (customized) Registration form, the Export Members Data in Paid Membership Subscriptions refused to build a .csv with anything beyond the basics (no city or state even).

And then the .csv it created was a strange dual identity thing with both the meta headings and the regular ones. That was easy enough to work around, but I am still not sure how to resolve the problem of being unable to export all the data attached to my members.

    Hi @ronke47,

Between the two messages you’ve sent, I do not understand exaclty what is current issue you’re facing. Now?you can download the CSV file created by the PMS Export functionality and the issue is that you can’t add the custom fields created with Profile Builder into this CSV?

    Best regards,

Yes, that is it exactly. These are the Form Fields in Profile Builder

But when I select fields for the Export Members Data Report, if I select all those (well, excluding Username and Password since we don’t use them) I get no report. Only when I deselect CRFG Membership # from the options, do I get a report though strangely the City and State fields are omitted.

    Hi @ronke47,

I’ve tested this on a WP Instance of mine and I was able to add all the Profile Builder fields to the PMS CSV export. Could you please share a video of how you’re conducting this Export?

Note:?Please keep in mind that you can press multiple times on the “Add User Meta Column” button, and for each new column, in the “User Meta Key” Select you will need to choose the meta name of a specific Profile Builder field + in the “Column Title” input you will need to choose a title for the column (that will appear in the CSV). You will need to do this step for each Profile Builder field you want to appear in your Export.
